• – Spend time bringing adoration and praise to God in prayer.

Monday 23 February

Theme: Thanksgiving

 

Scripture: Psalm 136vs1-26; Philippians 4v6-8; Psalm 103

• – Give thanks for God’s continual provision for us as a church.
• – Give thanks to the LORD for the ways in which He undertakes for you every day.

Tuesday 24 February

Theme: The Church

 

Scripture: Ephesians 2vs19-22; 1 Corinthians 12vs12-26

• – Pray that we would reflect the love and unity found in our LORD
• – Pray for the various ministries of the church, ie Men, Women, Music, Tec, Sunday school, Youth, Small groups
• – Pray for the Elders and Deacons and their families

Wednesday 25 February

Theme: Sick and Suffering

 

Scripture: James 5vs14-15; Psalm 41vs3

• – Pray for the sick
• – Pray for those grieving
• – Pray for the lonely
• – Pray for those looking for work

Thursday 26 February

Theme: Children, Youth, Families and Marriages

 

Scripture: Deuteronomy 6vs7; Numbers 6vs22-27; Ephesians 1vs17-19

• – Pray for our Sunday School teachers and youth leaders
• – Pray for our children and youth
• – Pray that God would protect and strengthen marriages
• – Pray for our families

Friday 27 February

Theme: Switzerland

 

Scripture: 1 Timothy 2vs1-4; Romans 13vs1; Jeremiah 29vs7

• – Pray for the government
• – Pray for our key leaders
• – Pray for opportunities for the gospel and the spreading of the gospel

Saturday 28 February

Theme: The persecuted Church around the world

 

Scripture: Ephesians 6vs10-20

• – Pray for those countries you are aware of where Christians are being persecuted
